The Undugu Abacus Trainer Certification Course is a complete, structured curriculum: daily 2-hour sessions across 5 modules, from first bead to mental calculation — with the pedagogy to teach every technique.

Every concept is learned at two levels: the physical skill — performing each calculation with correct technique — and the pedagogical insight — how to teach it, correct student errors, and choose age-appropriate language.
You don't just learn the abacus. You learn why each instruction is given, how to fix common mistakes, and when to introduce each concept. By the final day, you are ready to run your own abacus program.
An internationally recognized grading structure tracks progress from entry to expert:

A taste of the structure every one of the 35 days follows — from Day 2, Direct Addition.
Timed number-setting drill from the previous day. The trainer checks posture and finger technique before any new content — correct technique first, speed second.
Direct addition: when enough beads are free, push toward the beam. Demonstrated, verbalized ("say the rule as you move"), then drilled in graded exercise sets.
Each learner explains the rule as if teaching a 7-year-old — articulation tests understanding. Session closes with a 15–30 minute daily homework assignment.
